TERMS AND CONDITIONS
DEFINITIONS
In these conditions, the following terms shall have the following meaning "the Company" means Rackar. "The customer" means the customer of the company. "Contract" means any contract for the sale of goods by the company to the customer.
PAYMENT
Payment is taken at the time placing an order. No goods shall be supplied without payment. Goods shall be delivered by a carrier of the company's choosing but the company will attempt to comply with the customer's selection. Carriage will be at cost to the customer and forms part of the invoice.
The company can not mark orders as gifts according to customs and duties.
All credit and debit cardholders are subject to validation checks and authorization of the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to Rackar, I will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery. 
SHIPPING
Rackar does not ship worldwide at the moment. 
Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 workdays from the time you place your order. For made to order items or custom made items, please allow up to 30 days before shipment. When your order is dispatched you will receive a shipping confirmation by email including all shipment details.
Please note that shipping cost will be applied to your order at checkout.
Shipping fee: 79 NOK.
Posten will deliver the package to your nearest post office. 
RETURN POLICY
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to help you.
You have 14 calendar days (including weekends) to return an item from the date you received it. Any merchandise that exceeds 14 days of receipt of goods, will be considered final and not eligible for return, exchange, or refund. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, and in the same condition you received it. Your item must be in its original packaging. Exception: Custom made pieces can not be returned.

Rackar reserves the right to refuse any returns that do not comply with the demands stated above.
The customer holds full responsibility for the item or its condition until it has arrived back to Rackar. I am not at fault for items that have been lost or damaged in the delivery process of returning. In this case, no amount will be refunded. So please pack the goods well for a safe return.
The demands above do not affect your legal rights, including your right to claim a refund where goods are faulty.
If you refuse to receive your product upon arrival, I reserve the right to charge a fee, according to the negative contractual interest, for any expenses I may have when returning the product.

Please remember to fill out the return form and include it in the package for return.
Please keep your postage receipt as proof that the package was sent. I advise you to return the package with a trackable track and trace number.
Returns postage and shipping charges are at the charge of the customer.
Once I receive your returned item, it will be inspected and we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, Rackar will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Note that the original shipping cost will not be refunded. 
FAULTY OR DAMAGED PRODUCT
Products are classified as faulty if they are damaged at the time of receipt or where a manufacturing fault occurs or becomes apparent over a short period. This policy does not include damage caused by normal use over time. If you believe you have received a faulty product you must contact me as soon as possible with documentation of the damage and/or fault. Before sending the piece, so that the damage can be assessed.
If the complaint is approved, I will send you a similar non-faulty product upon receipt of the faulty product and the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed to you on presentation of proof of postage.
If the faulty product you returned is not in stock, you will be reimbursed the full purchase amount.
Items lost or damaged in return transit will not be compensated for.
Note that for customers outside the EU, VAT and other import expenses are not covered by Rackar.
LIABILITY
If the customer establishes that any of the goods have not been delivered, have been delivered damaged, or are not of the correct quantity, the Company shall at its option, replace them with similar goods, or allow the customer credit for their invoice value. In no circumstances shall the liability of the company to the customer under this condition exceed the invoice value of the goods.
SPECIFICATIONS
The company reserves the right to alter specifications to those stated on the website, including slight differences in color, shade, and size. The customer's statutory rights will not be affected.
Rackar reserves the right to cancel an order due to unforeseen circumstances, such as changes in price and sold-out items.
PRIVACY POLICY
When placing an order on Rackar, you will need to provide me with the following information: name, surname, address, phone number, email, and credit/debit card information. This information is for internal use only, it will remain strictly confidential.

rackar.no uses cookies in order to improve your experience on the site. The cookie identifies your computer and allows the site to remember your personal settings. Cookies are also used for statistical purposes.
Cookies are small pieces of text used to store information on web browsers. Cookies are sent to your browser from a website and stored on your device. Cookies are widely used to store and receive identifiers and other information on computers, phones and other devices Tracking technologies also used are beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze our website. Rackar may use third-party website providers to monitor and analyze the use of the website. These third parties have access to your personal data only to perform these tasks on the site. And are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose.
rackar.no may contain links to or the ability for you to access third-party websites, products, and services. Rackar are not responsible for the privacy practices employed by those third parties, or responsible for the information or content their products and services contain. This Privacy Statement applies solely to data collected by rackar through our products and services. Encourage you to read the privacy policies of any third party before proceeding to use their websites, products or services.
ORDER CONFIRMATION
When Rackar receive your order, you will receive an order confirmation via email. The confirmation is sent within 24 hours, if you have not received it within that period send an email to rackar@rackar.no
AGE RESTRICTIONS
Parental or guardian consent is required for customers under the age of 18.
